Support At Home

 We provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and recommendations to help older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Services include functional assessments, home modifications, assistive technology recommendations, mobility and falls prevention strategies, and support to maximise independence with everyday activities. 

NDIS

 We provide occupational therapy services for adults with disability, including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), assistive technology assessments, and home modification assessments. Our recommendations are tailored to each participant’s goals, supporting increased independence, safety, community participation, and access to appropriate NDIS funding and supports. 

TAC

 We support people recovering from transport accident injuries to maximise independence, participation, and quality of life. Services include functional assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, and recommendations to support safe and successful engagement in everyday activities, work, and the community. 

Service Areas

Based in Gippsland, we provide mobile occupational therapy services throughout Wellington Shire, Latrobe Valley, Bass Coast, South Gippsland, and surrounding regions. Home visits are available across Sale, Maffra, Stratford, Heyfield, Yarram, Traralgon, Morwell, Moe, Wonthaggi, Inverloch, Foster, and nearby communities.
